Painting with pizazzzzzzz

Shirley just finished this painting.  You have to remember that she only paints once a week and her subject is usually from an old calendar.  I noticed she is not enjoying it much anymore and I don't know how long she will keep this up.  As usual she just tries to help the other painters with suggestions.  She has never taken a paint brush and mixed a paint or painted on our canvas.  Which for this beginner is somewhat of a challenge to find what she is suggesting.  Anyway the picture she painted from also showed a large pot.  She chose a part of the picture she enjoyed the best.  The flowers.!!!!
